Tiling

We have used Prima for over ten years for all of our plumbing and tiling work, including three bathrooms, a wet-room, installing a new central heating system and mains-fed water connection to our house - as well as all of our routine maintenance. Their work is of fantastic quality, with an impressive attention to detail and at all times they have a thorough and indefatigable approach to everything they do. Both Dave and Steve are user-friendly, dependable and entirely trustworthy. They kept us fully apprised of potential cost implications of additional work, were transparent with their pricing and always honoured quotations.

We were looking to install a stone floor throughout our ground floor. Prima Tiling advised us of a quality tile that could be laid out to resemble a rustic stone floor. We now have a hard-wearing floor that has exactly the look we were after but at a fraction of the cost of real stone and without the need to reseal the stone every year. We are very happy indeed with the advice and tiling.

Prima Plumbing and Tiling upgraded our bathroom in Cambridge. This required some structural work as well as retliling and refitting the whole bathroom. Prima have also installed all the plumbing for our new build house (featured on Channel 4's 'Building the Dream') as well as filling out one of the bathrooms and they are now working with us on an ambitious spa bathroom which includes steam room and tiled in whirlpool bath. We have always appreciated the expert advice that Prima give and their flexibility willingness to work on our bathroom designs.

David and Stephen Welford of Prima have carried out Plumbing and tiling work for me over a number of years. A complete new bathroom, a downstairs Shower room and toilet plus various other plumbing jobs. We have used Prima Plumbing and Heating on several occasions over the last few years. Their first job for us was the installation of a new central heating system to an old Victorian terraced house – new boiler, new radiators and pipework, plus the complete redecoration and tiling of the bathroom. They worked very hard and we were very impressed with their quality of workmanship, attention to detail and diligent manner. We remained in the house for the duration for the works and they always left it clean and tidy and fitted around us. We were so pleased with the quality of workmanship and installation that when we moved house some years later, we asked them to install a new shower and totally renovate our en-suite bathroom. This was done to an equally high standard and again, full care and attention was paid at every turn.

I first met David and Steve Welford of Prima Plumbing & Heating Ltd and Prima Tiling Services respectively when we were doing an extension to our bungalow. I was impressed with their attention to detail, thoroughness, consultation, experience and professionalism. So much so that further down the line I asked them to completely refit my bathroom in the main part of the bungalow from a dated 50s look to a modern day style. They gave me a bathroom with a wow factor with which I am so pleased. David also services my boiler and will have him replace my radiators in the near future.
